Terms of Service
Effective date: [DATE] · Provider: [Jean's full name or company], [address]
1. The service
EaseAbroad provides travel information, AI-written guide narration, self-guided audio tours and trip planning. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accuracy and safety
Content comes from public sources (OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia) and AI generation, and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Opening hours, prices, access and directions can change. Always follow local rules and signage, pay attention to your surroundings and traffic while using tours, and don't enter restricted areas. You use the app at your own risk.
3. Your account
You must provide a valid email, keep your password secure and be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time.
4. Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play at the price shown before purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Free-plan limits and Premium features may change; we'll give notice of material changes.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, automated bulk requests, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass limits or security, or unlawful/abusive content in shared trips.
6. Intellectual property
The app and its design belong to us. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and © Google; text from Wikipedia under CC BY-SA; images under their respective Wikimedia Commons licenses. You keep ownership of trips you create and grant us a license to store and display them to provide the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
9. Governing law
[Country/state] law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
